RYHA Master Ice Schedule

• Read the schedule carefully. Changes are posted twice a week.   

• In addition to web Master Ice Schedule updates, individual teams will be notified of changes.

• If you want to schedule available ice time, the ice coordinator must formally give you the time slot. All ice will be confirmed to the coach or manager by email or phone call.

• Swaps within RYHA may be coordinated between teams and do not require approval or ice coordinator notification.

• No swaps/trades/give-aways outside RYHA (e.g. HS teams, other youth hockey organizations, men's leagues, etc.)

• Adds or drops must be coordinated through Doug Zmolek ( ice@ryha.net).

4.6.7 Ice Cancellation Policy

Notice to cancel an hour of ice must be given 48 hours in advance of the scheduled ice time. Notice must be given Monday through Friday. For all weekend ice times, notice must be given by noon on Thursday. Monday ice must be cancelled by noon on Friday. Any team that fails to give this notice will be considered a no-show in accordance with the Ice No-Show policy at 4.6.8.

4.6.8 Ice No-Show Policy

Any team that fails to show up and use an assigned hour of ice, without proper cancellation notification to the ice coordinator, in accordance with section 4.6.7 "Ice Cancellation Policy" will be considered a no-show. The penalty for a no-show is as follows: The team will have the option to reimburse RYHA, at the current rental rate, for one hour of ice or lose one hour of future ice.
